Linear fire extinguishing system
FireDeTec is a simple auto-starting system that extinguishes fire at its beginning. It is an ideal system for the protection of narrow and clearly defined spaces.
THE PRINCIPLE OF “FireDeTec”
FireDeTec is simple and safe, versatile and well performing, avoiding the risk of false alarms; so the cost/benefit ratio is very good.

THE OPERATION OF “FireDeTec”
FireDeTec uses a flexible patented tubing working as an interceptor and a nozzle at the same time, thanks to the particular polymers it is made of, see enclosure n.1.
The FDT tube can resist any weather condition, and also carburetants, oils, acids, dusting, see enclosure n.2; once in pressure, it is installed where the fire hazard is higher and fixed with special fasteners.
The extinguisher is chosen according to the extinguishing requirements and to the nature of fire.
It is possible to connect the FDT tube to tanks or cylinders of different capacities and extinguishers. These containers have got special patented and approved valves, necessary for the operation.
When fire touches FDT tube, in pressure between 12 and 18 bar with N2, this one softens at the temperature of 100-120°C, and a hole opens, thus becoming, in the direct system, a kind of sprinkler distributing the extinguisher exactly and precisely on the source of fire. In the indirect system, instead, the hole in the tube starts the diffusion of the extinguisher, from the tanks or from the cylinders, through the dedicated discharge line with nozzles.
